Sometimes life convinces us that our story is already written. Therapy is an opportunity to discover that healing, hope, and growth can become part of the chapters still ahead.
Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, better understand your story, and discover that healing is possible one step at a time.
Outside of the therapy room, Tracey enjoys spending time with family, painting portraits, drawing, reading, and continuing to learn through both personal and professional development. She values meaningful conversations, believes every person has a story worth hearing, and enjoys finding moments of peace through reflection and connection with those around her.
Tracey believes that every person's experiences have shaped who they are, but those experiences do not have to define where their future leads. By creating a safe and compassionate space, she strives to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and lasting change.
Tracey approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and genuine compassion. She believes that meaningful change begins when clients feel emotionally safe enough to explore their experiences without fear of judgment. She works collaboratively with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, recognizing that every person's journey is unique and deserves an individualized approach.
She has experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, relationship challenges, co-parenting concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Tracey is especially passionate about working with individuals who feel hopeless or believe their circumstances cannot change. She considers it a privilege to help clients recognize the strengths they already possess while developing new skills that support growth and resilience.
Drawing from systemic family therapy, Gottman-informed interventions, and evidence-based approaches, Tracey helps clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, and better understand the patterns that influence their lives. She believes therapy is not about having all the answers, but about creating a space where clients can discover them for themselves.
