Out of the Darkness Walk - 2024

Core Counseling participated in the annual Out of the Darkness- Suicide Prevention Walk hosted by Efia Guthrie with The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Kentucky Chapter. Team Core Counseling are regular supporters of this event that brings together community members to raise awareness about the importance of mental well-being. Our team was excited to connect with local residents, share resources, and encourage open conversations about mental health. We set up a booth to distribute informational materials, answer questions about our services, and provide tips for managing stress and anxiety. The event was a day filled with connection, hope, and collective healing within our community.
