  • Do you offer a free consultation before scheduling intake appointment?

    Yes we do offer a free phone consultation prior to scheduling an intake appointment. This will assist both you and the provider in ensuring appropriateness of fit. If you are interested in scheduling a consultation please email us.

  • Do you provide online services?

    We do offer online telehealth video calls. This is all done on a HIPAA compliant platform to ensure highest levels of security and protection for all.

  • Do you have in person service options?

    Yes! We offer in person office based services to clients located around Louisville, KY at our office located at 8009 New La Grange Rd, Louisville #1A, KY 40222

  • Are you in network with insurances?

    Yes. We are currently in network with the following insurance companies.

    Please call and inquire about your specific in network benefits for behavioral health - as each plan is unique.

  • Do you provide a superbill for out of network insurance claims?

    Yes. Your insurance company may include partial or full reimbursement for “out-of-network” providers when your deductible has been met. Please check with your insurance company on this to be sure of your benefits. If would be of benefit to you, we can provide you with documentation to file on your own for possible reimbursement.
