Emotional Recharge

When we are exhausted, we’re likely just REACTING to our lives, in survival-mode day-to-day. This can feel like flying at the edge of our seats, moment-to-moment. When we have taken time to recharge emotionally, mentally, & spiritually, we’re more likely to RESPOND to life in a way which is aligned with who we are at our core (with light). 🔅

Example: Another person asks you for yet another favor when you already feel depleted mentally and emotionally. Are you likely to react, or respond in a mindful way??? 😬

Herein lies the consequences of your exhaustion, as well as the power of YOU, when you’re functioning at your higher-self (aligned with your core). You’re likely not snappy or harsh, at your core... but, you might present that way if you’re not taking care of yourself. Do you see it??

Share with us ways you know you need to recharge & what recharging looks like for you. What gets in the way of you taking care of you? How can you work on this?

Remember, regardless of patterns you’ve become accustomed to, you can choose to live healthier at anytime. You are worthy of taking care of you. 🌱

Can you relate?
