Getting Unstuck
We could really learn a lot from the mice in #whomovedmycheese by the late Dr. Spencer Johnson. 🧀
If life is like a series of mazes and your personal goals are achieved at the end of each maze, you may learn to reach your goals with grace by decreasing an unhealthy pattern of OVERthinking.
Instead of remaining stuck with ongoing thoughts like “Why have I hit yet another wall? The end was supposed to be here! That person got in my way! Life made my maze harder than his/hers.” You might decide to (1) honor your truth by acknowledging the feelings (hurt, disappointment, frustration, anger, sadness), (2) take a moment to recharge (however this looks for you), (3) remember your core intention🔅 (why it is important for you to get to the end of the maze), (5) remind yourself who you are AT YOUR CORE🔅 (filled with light), and (4) KEEP GOING! KEEP MOVING! YOU’VE GOT THIS!👟💨💫
Can you relate?
You are not alone. Share with us your #coreview on #overthinking and #keepmovingforward
